Coaching, Coaching Supervision, and Continuing Education

Coaching

Improving your organization is important and coaching is a proven strategy to make that happen. You can choose from one or more of the following options.

  • You select a group of people for us to coach
    • Rising stars
    • Those on improvement plans
    • New employees
  • Create an in-house coaching team which we will staff
    • You have coaching available whenever you need it
    • 10-200+ hours per week
    • One investment and we take care of everything else
  • Support non-profits with every session your stakeholders complete with your official coaching partner, DNA Coaching
    • Share the benefits of coaching with your stakeholders and their families
    • Encourage them to sign up for coaching
    • A portion of the investment for every session goes to support a non-profit making a difference in the community

Coaching Supervision

Take your coaching culture to the next level. Coaching supervision is a reflective practice for your coaches to help them show up at their best for their clients. Coaching supervision is mandatory for coaches operating under credentials from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Coaching supervision is appreciated by the International Coaching Federation and counts towards renewal of coaching credentials. Coaching supervision supports your coaches and, in turn, your organization. Key benefits include:

  • helps the coach be even more aware of their actions
  • highlights the importance of the entire system impacting clients
  • provides a place for learning and trying out new skills and techniques
  • brings a clear focus on ethics
  • improves the results of the coaching system

Educational Institutions have specific needs, and we offer a variety of services tailored to address them.

Organizations can choose from several coaching options.
  • You select a group of people for us to coach and we serve them. This could include new students, people receiving accommodations, people on improvement plans, rising stars, etc. The organization pays for the coaching and receives verification of services provided.
  • You can retain DNA Coaching to be your internal coaching division. Our coaches are then available to meet the coaching needs that arise during the year. Typically organizations contract for a certain number of hours of service per week/month with additional time available as needed. This can be a great way to provide coaching to 20-2000+ people.
  • You can share about coaching with your constituents (employees, students and their families, stakeholders, supporters, alumni, etc.) and encourage them to contact your preferred provider of coaching, DNA Coaching. The organization can receive a portion of the fee for each session or donate it to one of a number of great nonprofits.

An investment in coaching is an investment in your organization, and your employees/students. Coaching is a proven strategy for improving performance. The return on your investment (ROI) is typically great. Many organizations find that coaching actually makes them money (that is, they made more as a result of coaching than they invested in it). The real question is can you afford to not have a coach?
Credentialed coaches often charge $150-$500+ per session. We work with organizations to make coaching available to more people. Volume pricing means that the more coaching you want us to provide, the lower the cost per session.
You bring an issue for discussion and your coach helps you process it and make some decisions. Your coach really listens and allows you to drive the conversation. You can talk about relationships, work, goals, hopes, dreams, fears, upcoming decisions – if it concerns you then your coach is there to assist you. Your coach will ask some great questions and help you to verbalize your goals, current reality, options, and choices.
Sessions are generally about 45 minutes long and most people meet with their coaching every 1-2 weeks.
